Thor: Love and Thunder director Taika Waititi is now married! He officially tied the knot with singer/songwriter Rita Ora in London. According to The Sun, the couple hosted a very intimate ceremony. A source told the outlet that “Despite living in the spotlight, Rita is determined to keep the relationship as private as possible and didn’t want to make a big song and dance about the wedding.” They added that “a big, showbiz-style bash is planned to celebrate, but don’t expect to see it being flogged to the highest-bidding magazine.”
Taika Waititi and Rita Ora had been dating for around a year and a half now. While Ora is currently working on her third album, Taika is already planning his next project in the wake of Thor: Love and Thunder’s theatrical success. The director is currently in the midst of planning in a new, untitled Star Wars film, and is hoping to expand the universe.
